            The panel discussion I initiated to stimulate a particular paradigm shift in the poultry sector has just concluded.

            Hopefully we can count on those who followed it, your colleagues, and those who will follow this recording to animate in the sector a commitment to consider more relevant the social impact that the sector generates by providing accessible nourishment to the Planet, rather than the mere economic revenue of the sector that yes is there and cannot be missed, but that objectively has a less high motivation (much less) than that instead of being part of a system that generates access to cheap, but quality food.
