Every animal being (including humans) coexists with different germs, bacteria and microorganisms inside and outside itself, for which it naturally acquires or does not acquire varying degrees of protection. Any contact with an animal other than ourselves (including, of course, pets) is potentially and mutually at risk of disease transmission.
Industrial farms, which can also be defined as protected farms, are highly controlled and the so-called ‘farm to fork’ chain is constantly and carefully checked. This means that not only the animal, but also the consumer is protected and safe to buy healthy meat and eggs.
