They have been dedicated to this for decades and constantly invest time, resources and money to develop a business that provides the world with quality food at low cost on a daily basis. Think about this when you go to the supermarket.
In every country their farming activities are heavily regulated and controlled by the national veterinary service.
However they have always taken little or no interest in investing in communicating what they do, how and why they do it.
They have never thought it necessary to protect their image, believing that public recognition of the importance of their efforts was implicit. And it is precisely this naivety that has allowed anti-farming activist associations to discredit the poultry sector and criminalise it.
